I had dabbled in yoga for a couple years, but started practicing yoga daily during COVID. As an essential employee, I was in the office every day and could feel stress building up in my body. I found yoga to be calming and stress relieving. Over time, I have seen impacts of it on both my mental and physical health -- including strength, balance, and flexibility.
