Larisa's personal journey with yoga started in 2010 with a regular meditation practice that opened the doors to a brand new perspective on life focused more on mindfulness, expanded awareness, empathy and non-duality.
As everything in life, Larisa's practice has been evolving over the years to encompass a holistic approach to yoga touching on all areas of her life from nutrition to yoga asana, pranayama and meditation. By dedicating time and energy to focus on each of the foundational pillars of yoga we can fundamentally transform our internal world as well as our external environment, both of which are deeply interlinked.
Larisa has been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since April 2024, after graduating from the Yoga Teacher Training (200h) held in Urubamba, Peru by the Breathe and Flow Academy. Larisa is certified in Vinyasa Flow yoga and is based in Vienna, Austria where she is currently deepening her practice of teaching yoga.
Her own practice includes a modern form of vinyasa flow that combines strong sequences with functional movement and gentle stretches to provide a holistic, well-rounded and balanced experience that ultimately strengthens connection to the breath, brings enhanced awareness of the body and creates more stillness in the mind.
