Mary Margaret Brant is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who recently completed her 200 hours training Course at the Mandala Yoga Retreat in Nepal. With 4+ years of practising yoga and meditation, she is keen to start gaining teaching experience, with an interest in traditional hatha yoga, pranayama and strong links to the breath throughout practise, as well as vinyasa flows catered to mixed abilities. She has given unpaid voluntary classes as practise, and now looking for a professional posting.
