Russelle has trained with It’s Yoga and is experienced in Ashtanga, Rocket (Advanced Vinyasa), Hatha and Yin yoga styles and can also teach Prana Yama, Nauli Kriya and Meditation techniques.
Russelle’s experience includes over 10 years of personal practice and she has led yoga sessions with individuals and groups in corporate and community settings.
Alongside her love of yoga, Russelle has 20 years experience in community support and family violence work which positions her with a long history of meaningful engagement with people from all walks of life along a full spectrum of circumstances.
Russelle seeks to ignite a yoga spark in her students, to support them through an ongoing journey to find balance between dedicated effort, ease and surrender on and off the mat.
