Jaime Wright, Full Circle Farm Yoga is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Jaime began her yoga practice during a time of great stress & change in 2020. Covid, job loss, grief and chronic pain led her to the life changing practice of asana, pranayama and mediation. It was through her own daily practice that she found strength, resilience, calm, harmony and healing in the mind & body. Her personal practice is a modern form of vinyasa that helps increase awareness, strength, mobility and control, all of which is grounded in breathwork and meditation.

She earned her 200 hour yoga certification from Breathe & Flow Academy in 2024 in the Sacred Valley of Peru. A truly life changing experience where wanting to share the healing of yoga began.

Jaime also works as an Equine Specialist in Equine Assisted Growth & Learning. A revolutionary mental health treatment model incorporating horses who are highly attuned and offer a safe space for clients to discover their answers within themselves. An experiential process that empowers life-changing outcomes, much like yoga!

"Yoga does not transform the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees."

What can you expect from her classes?

Jaime teaches her vinyasa classes in an approachable but challenging flow with an emphasis on body control and strength building movements by utilization of the breath to carry her students through their practice. She encourages students to make this practice their own. She is challenging the mind in strong movements and long holds while providing a safe, encouraging and non-judgmental environment where each individual can achieve their full potential. Knowing that the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness, she shares the philosophy of mental stillness through the fluidity of a strong practice.
