My yoga practice merges the distinct styles of hatha, vinyasa flow, power, and yin yoga, making my teaching approach varied and comprehensive. Currently, I'm deepening my practice and teaching expertise in yin yoga, excited to share its unique benefits with my students. My yoga journey began in 2020, after years of personal practice that transformed from a teenage experiment into a daily ritual of love and dedication. The profound changes yoga has brought to my life—mentally, physically, and emotionally—are too numerous to list. It's this life-changing impact that fuels my passion for teaching hatha and power yoga. My goal is simple yet profound: to help others find peace and joy through their practice, inspiring them to extend this positivity beyond the studio and into their daily lives.

Classes with me are 60 to 90 minutes of immersive exploration into yoga's depth, designed for all levels to find challenge, growth, and relaxation. I teach in a cozy, inviting studio, often described by our community as a 'home away from home.' This atmosphere mirrors our studio’s yoga philosophy—a harmonious mix of dedication and kindness.

When you step into my class, you'll be welcomed into a space that feels instantly familiar and comforting. Each session is a journey towards inner peace and physical empowerment, balancing the strength-building aspects of power yoga with the serene, reflective practice of hatha. As I guide you through each pose and flow, you'll find a blend of challenge and ease, designed to encourage personal exploration and growth. With a focus on mindfulness, breath, and alignment, my classes aim to leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and more connected with yourself. It's an experience of finding a quiet strength and joy that you'll carry with you long after the class ends.
