Anna is a RYT-200 trauma-informed yoga teacher. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga classes online and offline.

Her classes meet students where there are at, acknowledging that every person is unique. Key principles in her yoga classes are safety and presence. Each class provides opportunities for students to foster a mind-body-connection.
