I am a 200-hour RYT offering yoga and meditation classes to those living and working within the Fort George G. Meade community.
My yoga journey began in 2008 and over the years I have practiced a variety of yoga styles. As a yoga teacher, my goal is to provide a safe space for the community to practice and safely guide each participant through their own personal yoga journey.
