Rachel Elberts Stoke Coach is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She is a personal fitness trainer with a holistic view on wellness that creates custom outdoor fitness experiences to help people feel strong and confident in their bodies, connect more deeply with nature, and live life in radical amazement through mindfulness, gratitude, and celebration.
She utilizes her Yoga Training to supplement strength training and functional fitness to help her clients connect mind/body/soul with nature in a yoga practice that is in tune with the seasons.
