Kana is a yoga practitioner over 20 yrs and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is a long-term Ashtanga Yoga practitioner by Alex Kuhn and gains Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and Meditation experiences by Amanda Lawford and Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices by Jessica Fleming.
She has completed YACEP courses as follows -Restorative Yoga TT, Yin Yoga TT, RCYT (Children's Yoga Teacher Training) Part 1 certified.
