I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, in the meantime I managed to complete hatha yoga, viniasa and aerial yoga instructor courses. I am also a meditation instructor, and mudras instructor. I work with Reiki on a daily basis, incorporating this energy work into my daily practice. I invite you to practice with me on the mat and in the scarf.
