I have been practicing yoga since 1999. It has been the means through which I have found, and continue to find, wellness and connection. It is such an honor to share these same tools with my community. In my group classes, I guide students through creative, dynamic sequences with an emphasis on smart, strong alignment- all with a good dose of humor and love.
My classes and private sessions artfully combine sound alignment principles, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy in an experience that is fun and accessible to practitioners of every level. I am deeply committed to sharing the health and well being that can be cultivated in every aspect of life through a regular yoga practice by empowering my students with the tools they need to feel better, stronger, and more alive.
