I strive to bring good vibes and health to everyone I teach. Yoga has truly changed my life for the better and I wish to help those on their journey. I have been teaching yoga since I got my license in October of 2022. I teach both private and public classes. The public classes are on different beaches in Ocean Beach or at Paradise Point.
