Tiffany Lou is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance with over 13 years of experience practicing yoga. 

I took my first class at 16 as a way to move my body and cope with the normal stresses of high school and left feeling less tense and more relaxed than I ever have before. I never stopped practicing since then. My practice and  knowledge has blossomed over the years to include not just the physical asanas and breathing but everything in between. I hope to share the gifts yoga have given me with others and share this incredible practice.
