Samantha began her yoga journey in 2014 in Sydney, Australia. She quickly fell in love with the practice which enabled her to slow down, heal and connect deeply to her mind, body and soul. She completed her 200HR Hatha Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2015 in Thailand, en route back to the UK.
Since then, Samantha has deepened her personal practice and considers yoga to be a key foundation for her constantly evolving life. Now, a mother of two young children, she is sharing her passion for yoga and breathwork with her community.
