Evangoline Sisneros is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with Registered Yoga School (RYS). Namaste! My name is Evangoline Sisneros. I’m a passionate yoga instructor on a mission to spread love, light, and mindfulness through the ancient practice of yoga. My yoga journey began in Hawaii, indulging in yoga and finding a deeper connection with my inner self.  I moved to Fayetteville North Carolina in 2019. In 2023 I decided to pursue my 200 hour yoga certification. I got certified through Mel Marie Yoga Academy located in San Antonio, Texas. My approach to teaching is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep reverence for wisdom of your body! In my classes you can always expect a safe space to explore, your edges, play, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a presence both on and off the mat.
