Hi, I’m Sylvie. For the past 30 years I have worked in health and wellness as a yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator and Ayurvedic practitioner. My teaching is inspired by the timeless wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and Pranayama, and how to skillfully use these powerful tools to guide students toward greater health, inner peace, and self-awakening.
