Ally Glerum is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with a heartfelt passion for guiding others. Since embarking on her own yoga practice in 2010, Ally finds value in yoga’s ability to regulate the nervous system and alleviate anxiety.

Ally has learned from many esteemed yoga teachers in Los Angeles in her 8 years in California, and she is deeply grateful for the wisdom imparted by her mentors. In January 2024, Ally completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in the jungle of Uvita, Costa Rica. 

Rooted in Hatha Yoga, her teaching style blends mindful movement and breathing techniques to calm the fluctuations of the mind, fostering a feeling of connection to self. Welcoming students of all levels, Ally invites you to explore the profound benefits of yoga through her classes.
