Nastassja Schuettel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

With mymountaintherapy.ch, Nastassja Schuettel offers relaxing yoga classes in Zürich in Switzerland, as well as yoga retreats in the Swiss Alps, with elements of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditative Yoga, infused with aromatherapy. In Summer, she also teaches outdoor yoga in Zürich.
