Namaste my name is Leela and I am absolutely obsessed with all things Yoga! 

This ancient philosophy that stems back over 500 years has more to offer than physical flexibility it is a comprehensive approach to health, wellbeing and spirituality.

I have been regularly practising Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow for over 5 years now. Qualified as an instructor I want to now share my passion for yoga by teaching beginners Hatha style yoga.

I completed my teacher training in India the home of classical ancient philosophy of Yoga at Goa Yogashala in February 2024.  This course 200 TTC Multi styles of yoga is accredited with US Yoga Alliance.

Having dabbled with yoga on and off over the years; I only really discovered my love for and the importance of this wonderful practice in my life.  I was running my own business, being a mum, wife, daughter and just juggling the stresses of everyday life.  When I attended a class that really challenged me, focusing only on the instructions and the poses, I discovered it took me within, gaining a great sense of peace and contentment, culminating with me dropping into a deep meditative state (others may call that snoring!) I was hooked and missing a class I felt the difference it made and yearned for it.

I am grateful to my ancient ancestors, Gurus and Teachers who brought me to this practice. In particular to my dear late father who was a real yogi in the true sense of the word.  He quietly maintained his own practice and followed Patanjali’s eightfold path to its entirety.  A great example to me!
