With her practical style, award-winning ability to connect with her audiences, and a practice rooted in the pillars of integrative health, holistic wellness, authentic yoga philosophy and ayurveda – combined with three decades of experience leading Western, traditional, and community health systems around the world - Lisa offers accessible, actionable approaches to living a healthy, purposeful, adventurous life.
Lisa is available to students of all ages in-person and virtually for teaching event and series-based classes, leading seminars and workshops, speaking engagements, serving as a panelist or subject matter expert for media, health/medical writing, health business consultation and talent development, and very limited 1:1 and small group work.
