My yogi persona is Wild Air Yogi! I'm deeply passionate about people and guiding them through this journey of yoga to allow them to live the fullest, most joyful life. My teaching expertise spans the realms of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, with a special focus on incorporating pranayama and guided meditation into my classes.
My personal journey into the world of yoga began at the age of 18, following years of exploring movement through dance and teaching dance. Yoga became my sanctuary, a way to serve others and give this gift to myself and anyone willing, offering a profound avenue for healing and self-discovery beyond the physical postures.
Driven by my fervor for teaching, I create yoga experiences that are moment changing. Drawing on my passion, I infuse each class with a dynamic mindset, with each practice focusing deeply on a different aspect of yoga, psychology, anatomy, physiology, embodiment, chakra work etc., allowing participants to explore their practice in a way that resonates with them individually.
