Tracey is a passionate Vinyasa yoga teacher who loves to work with all students, especially individuals who want to try yoga, however, are intimidated. Tracey believes yoga is for everyone; if you breathe you can do yoga.

Before becoming a teacher, Tracey practiced yoga as a student in various studios for more than 14 years. She is very passionate about health and wellness. Loves to walk, hike, bike and attend classes.
Forever a student, Tracey continues to study and embrace new teachings. She recently completed a 40-hour Kundalini Training Program.
Tracey is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, completing her 200-hour YTT at Aumbience Yoga & Wellness.
