Lisa Williams is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hr. E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
My love with yoga blossomed in childhood gym class, fueled by hatha practices. This early spark led me to independent study and in 2005 formal training culminating in a 200-hour YTT (Yoga Alliance certified) focused on Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork. My journey continued in 2011 with a 2-year seminary program through the Temple of Kriya Yoga, enriching my understanding of deeper yogic philosophy, meditation, astrology and diverse spiritual traditions, as well as the world religions study. Now, I'm expanding my expertise through a 300-hour Advanced Integrative yoga program, delving into advanced yoga, yin, yoga nidra, restorative, vinyasa flow, trauma-informed, and adaptive yoga trainings.
Through private and soon-to-be-launched online classes, I share my passion for yoga, tailoring each session to empower individuals to discover their unique practice.
