Kate is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is registered with both Yoga Alliance and the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
During her training with the Yoga and Ayurveda Center, she was strongly influenced by their focus on the philosophy of Yoga.
Following her teacher training, Kate began to explore mindfulness and meditation, and has developed a strong interest in the Buddhist Vipassana style of meditation. She believes that mindfulness and mediation go hand in hand with yoga to help strengthen your practice.
Kate strives to make her instruction accessible to all levels and abilities. Her classes are a gentle combination of postures and mindfulness, aimed at helping you to feel grounded and at peace.
