  • I have my M.S. in Psychology and was a marriage and family therapist before retiring early to care full-time for my adult son who has special needs. I got into yoga because I was  diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 13 years ago, and my mobility was becoming more and more limited. The doctors had no solutions aside from medications that cause weight gain. So, I took my destiny into my own hands and started practicing yoga, eventually deciding to get certified to teach. I want to teach others who also suffer from physical limitations, and chronic pain.  Yoga has helped me get my life back and given me hope that I can truly heal.
  • Angelique Furloni is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
