I completed a rigorous 200-hour training at the School Yoga Institute (SYI) in Trauma-Informed Yoga Teaching (YTT). My approach combines the ancient philosophy and wisdom of yoga with evidence-based trauma healing strategies to provide holistic well-being to my students.
