I am a certified E-RYT 200 yoga instructor, practicing hatha yoga since I was 25 and in the last couple of years focusing my practice on ashtanga and vinyasa.
I developed a deep connection with nature and a profound sense of spirituality from an early age. Driven by a thirst for knowledge about the mystery of life, myself, and higher purpose, I found in yoga my place. My silent refuge in the middle of the city buzz.
