Mareike completed her 200 h Yinyasa YTT with JogaYoga in Bali in 2021 and started teaching Vinyasa and Yin classes on a regular basis afterwards in her hometown Berlin. The education and experience continued with Restorative and Yin Yoga, Sequencing and female informed Yoga. In 2024 Mareike completed her 300 h with High Vibe Yoga in Bali.
She founded with a friend her business Ikigai Seasons, offering seasonal retreats with focus on Yoga and Mindfulness.
Yoga is a practice to connect to one self, turn inward and meanwhile gain strength and flexibility for a healthy body.
