I am a dance and fitness instructor based in West Devon and teaching within West Devon & North Cornwall. I qualified as an exercise to music instructor, gym instructor and personal trainer in 2010 and have been teaching 1-1 and in class settings ever since. I have been teaching Pilates, yoga, ballet fusion classes since 2011. 

I currently teach dance & mindfullness in assisted living homes for adults with additional support needs. I also teach Yoga open to the general public on a drop in basis (just turn up with your mat!) on Mondays in Launceston and Thursdays in Lifton and teach dance fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

I am available for 1-1 at home yoga classes if you would like a more personally tailored yoga teaching. This can include yoga nidra, vinyasa, or hatha style yoga. I have 13 years experience in teaching mindful meditation and relaxation.
