I came into contact with yoga for the first time in 1998. At the right moment, yoga opened the door to a world that allowed me to experience more and more peace, joie de vivre and deep connection.

After almost 20 years of practicing yoga, I completed a hatha yoga teacher training course YTTC Level I (RYT 200 hours) in Magglingen (www.yogassva.com) in 2016 / 2017. At the end of 2019, I completed my YTTC Level II yoga teacher training (RYT 300 hours) in Lucerne (www.yoga-veda.ch). In April 2020 I started the Para Yoga Master Training (www.parayoga.com). Para Yoga is a well-founded and holistic yoga system that applies the knowledge of the great yoga masters and the millennia-old wisdom of yoga and tantra to the challenges of today's life and shows ways to self-knowledge, harmony and happiness. In addition, I continue to educate myself in courses and workshops.

Fascinated by the wisdom and vitality that we come into contact with through our bodies, I trained as a NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering® coach in 2021/2022. NESC is a method that works through the body and, through body awareness and the observation of feelings, emotions and deep-seated images, brings previously unseen things to the surface and creates the space in which they can dissolve. This calms your entire nervous system, you gain clarity and calm and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

As a yoga teacher and coach, I am both a teacher and a learner and strive to pass on my knowledge and my own experiences authentically. I want to support people in finding their own balance through working with their body, breath, mind and energy, letting go of stress and tension and thus coming more deeply into their own being.
