Max has been practicing yoga since 2020. Starting out with short 10 minute flows to energize in the mornings, he gradually increased the extent of his practice, quickly realizing how well-rounded the practice of yoga is. In 2023, he got certified by the Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy

Max's classes are holistic, integrating physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the yoga practice. Modern vinyasa yoga is combined with functional anatomical approaches to make you feel strong and flexible in your body. The goal is to let go of comparing how flexible one person is to the other, and appreciating where your individual body is at, every day anew. The goal is to prepare the body for meditation.

It does not matter if it's your first time doing yoga or if you are a regular to his classes, everyone is welcome. So come join in!
