Melissa Sande is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Melissa Sande has a Masters in Dance Education and has worked full time teaching dance at a public school for 11 years. In 2013, Melissa completed Little Flower Yoga's Teacher Training at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York for children and Teens. Melissa enjoys teaching yoga to students of all ages and abilities.
