Pedro teaches classes as a path to self-knowledge and spiritual development. He follows and values the tradition of yoga, and at the same time, seeks to reconcile the practice within the current sociocultural context.
He appreciates a practice that adapts to the needs of students. His classes, always guided by attention to breathing, alternate moments of fluidity and long permanence in posses. Verbal commands are clear and accessible. The result is a class that values conscious practices and respects each person's limits.
In 2023, he graduated in Mysore, from the Samyak Yoga school, one of the most prestigious centers in India and months later he specialized in Yoga Sutras, yet again.
