I enjoy passing on the gift of yoga to people who are new to yoga, and supporting people looking to strengthen their yoga practice. With a career focused on agricultural and food topics, I am a long-time practitioner of yoga and obtained my certified teacher training from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Reith Austria, a Registered Yoga School (RYS)
Small group and private yoga sessions for all levels (in studios, or in the privacy of your home and office)
- Vinyasa Yoga: Flowing yoga poses with movements aligned to the breath, promotes muscular strength, good posture and balance, and greater awareness of the breath
- Hatha Yoga: Yoga poses are held longer with a focus on alignment, supports muscular strength, good posture and balance
- Yin Yoga: Restorative yoga poses, supports deep physical and mental relaxation
- Guided Meditation: Preceded by restorative yoga poses and breath work, guided meditation helps to calm the body and mind
