Lynn Upthagrove is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
In 2012 Lynn & her husband, Victor, purchased Cedaroma Lodge, a small lakeside cabin resort in Northern Wisconsin and shortly afterward Lynn took her first yoga class. A month later the resort was offering yoga on the beach twice a week in the summers along with SUP yoga and continues to do so almost 10 years later. While Lynn was devoted to practicing and learning yoga, she brought in excellent teachers for the resort summer program and has cultivated a following that continues on in the winters at the Community Center.
While Lynn has been leading yoga for a handful of years now, she has just recently completed a long time goal and received her YTT 200 certificate.
