HI! I'm Francesca, I am Italian, but I lived in Spain for a year and, since February 2023, I have been living in Portugal. I am a Yoga teacher (200h YTT) and my life path led me to the decision to undertake this path.
I have a degree in education and I have always been more interested in the psychological aspect of learning than in learning seen as school subjects. I have a diploma in Emotional Education from the University of Cordoba and several courses on this topic.
Meanwhile, I always worked in the gym as a fitness instructor. In a difficult period of my life I approached Yoga, which for me encompasses everything I have studied and much more. Yoga helped me feel better and I would also like to help people, with my classes, feel better.
In my Vinyasa classes I pay particular attention to the emotional state of the moment. My classes are open to everyone, I provide different options depending on your level and depending on how you feel at that moment.
