Hello! I’m Caroline, and I’m excited to introduce myself to the Yoga Alliance Community. My hope is to guide individuals while forming community that embraces grounding and feeling into the body, mind, and spirit. Acquiring my 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Certification was driven by a desire to guide others on their journey both on and off their mat. The purpose and impact of practicing yoga has shifted tremendously for me over the years, and I hope to share that wisdom by holding space for others in their wake of transformation. Those who have impacted and influenced me most in life have been my teachers that haven taken on many forms and titles throughout the course of my life. I’m actively seeking experience to lead group and individual yoga sessions within different parts of the world to further connect with communities, nature, and mindful practices.

Feeling safe and grounded in the body, emotional self-regulation, slow strength building movement, asana poses that target certain regions of the body that interconnect to deeper inner organs and energetic flow, sequence creativity, mental health awareness and trauma informed cueing, and spiritual alignment and grounding.
