Yoga became a huge part of my life almost ten years ago. It fuels me and keeps my soul balanced. I successfully completed my 200h Intensive Yoga Teacher Training last spring and I'm proud to say it's one of the most beautiful decisions I've ever taken. I like to create spiritually-oriented classes with bits of yogic philosophy and focus my classes and practice on Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative or Meditative yoga. I also am a Certified Mindfulness Coach and am studying evolutive astrology as well as tarology and love to bring those elements to my classes, workshops or events.
