My journey into yoga began as a natural progression from my years as a gymnast during my childhood years. In my early twenties, I found myself drawn to the tranquil yet empowering world of yoga, and it has been an integral part of my life ever since. Last year, I decided to share this passion by taking the leap to become a yoga teacher.

I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to my yoga teacher and mentor, Kim Saunders. Her embodiment of the yogic spirit, boundless love, and infectious joy have deeply inspired me. She epitomizes everything I aspire to be as a yogi and teacher.
🌟 Teaching Style:
My teaching style is best described as calm, soothing, and nurturing. When you step into one of my classes, you can expect a warm atmosphere infused with gentle energy, accompanied by tranquil yoga music and a friendly vibe. My classes typically last for 60 minutes, offering a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
