My mission is to help people age healthy and have a good quality of life.
I am a passionate yoga teacher and a wellness coach, who uses a neuro-biomechanical approach to translate timeless benefits of yoga to an accessible practice for busy people, who value their time and care about their health.
During my classes I teach people how to influence their Nervous system, elevate threat response in the brain and facilitate movement. I'm also helping my students to improve their breathing patterns, as this is the number one cause of feeling tight, weak and tired.
My goal as a yoga teacher is to educate my students how to apply yoga techniques in daily life, so they know how to stay present, slow down and build awareness of their bodies to live more healthy and fulfilling lives.
