Ana is a yoga teacher based in Sydney. She specialises in hatha and nidra. She believes yoga is a powerful tool that helps us:

As a trained dancer and snowboard instructor, and with a background in science and law, Ana values a technical approach so that people can stay safe and get the most out of their yoga practice.
