I adopt an ‘unconventional’ approach to Yoga – I seek to challenge and redefine its dominant narrative. Inclusivity, safety and ‘being human’ underpin the essence of my practice. Recognising that our bodies are shaped by a number of unique experiences, I prioritise creating a safe space where anyone and everyone can feel heard, seen and respected. In doing so, I create an environment that invites trust, vulnerability and rest into your life.
My commitment to challenging the stereotypes of Yoga extends beyond rhetoric; they are guiding principles that informs every aspect of my work. In all of my sessions – whether working with 1:1’s, small groups or at events – I blend curiosity, freedom and choice.
Our practice is a testament to the power of connection, compassion, and self-discovery. It is a journey of mutual exploration, where students are invited to embrace their uniqueness, cultivate resilience, and rediscover the joy of being themselves.
I continue to study and evolve through continuous training – I am deeply committed to evolving my understanding to advocate for Yoga in a modern and inclusive fashion.
