Grace Tempany is a highly experienced Senior Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. A former secondary school teacher, she brings vast pedagogical expertise to the teacher trainings on offer in ISFYT. When you train with us, you don't just learn about yoga; you learn how to teach it and share it with others.
Her teaching s built on a foundation of inclusion. Since she started teaching yoga ten years ago, she has dedicated her practice, ongoing research, and teaching to providing the most accessible space for every body to practise being in their bodies, to gain a deeper connection to their true selves, their truth, their voice, and their own unique and personal journey.
Initially a yang yoga devotee, Grace discovered yin and the Paul Grilley Method in 2014. Functional Yoga and individually-tailored teaching are the roots of all that she shared. In 2023, Grace created her own school of yoga because she believes that a deeper and more well-rounded yoga education is possible.
The Art of Yin is Grace's signature teacher training. With the creation of her school, and the development of a functional yang curriculum in 2022, ISFYT now offers 200hr/300hr/500hr programmes as well as yoga and integration retreats and online practice.
