I approached Yoga for the very first time 2007 during a Vinyasa Krama Yoga Seminar in the tradition of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar. In 2010 I did my first intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Kerala, India and then specialized in Italy in Hatha Yoga at the Isyco Academy in Turin. I always continued my research and my studies in Yoga, Ayurveda, Kriya and Tantra Yoga in Italy as in India. I'm certified as an ayurvedic therapist, specialized in Tradicional Chinese Medicine, Bioenergetic Massage, Cranio Sacral Somato Release and different Reflexology Techniques.

I founded with my sister the Salus Holistic Center & Yogaunion in Turin, Italy, where I worked between 2017 and 2021 as a therapist and yoga teacher.

When I decided to moved in Canary Islands, first in Lanzarote I started to collaborate in
different workshops and individual activities in the holistic world, and found then my
way to Gayatri Yoga Tenerife, where I studied in July 2023, obtaining her certification as a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Feeling from the very first minute at home, I decided to stay and I'm now working as a yoga teacher at Gayatri.
