My journey towards yoga began when a good friend had asked if I would like to join a session near the sea. At that point in my life I really needed the balance and awareness that yoga brings. It was an unforgettable day for me. I left with a peaceful mind. 

After a couple of years I realized my passion for yoga had deepened. I really believe it is the perfect ingredient to improve your life. It is all about freedom and release.

But, I couldn't have done it without my teachers who showed me guidance and warmth throughout. 

Now, I find myself teaching private classes in nature around this beautiful island of Gozo. I teach hatha, yin, meditation and yoga nidra. If any one is interested in a session you can call or message me on 99251182.
