I am passionate about sharing the health and wellness benefits of yoga and making classes accessible, safe and enjoyable for all experience levels.
I mostly teach flowing Vinyasa classes, both slow and gentle, as well power Vinyasa flows. I would describe my teaching style as welcoming, friendly and open, offering options and modifications to meet each individual's needs, ensuring every student feels safe and held in the space.
Vinyasa means 'to move with intention'. During classes we gently warm up our bodies, followed by a flowing sequence of poses which will strengthen our physical bodies, whilst calming and relaxing our internal mind.
All you need to bring is yourself and your breath.
