Renee Mollitt is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance.
She teaches gentle yoga, restorative yoga and specialized yoga to help manage stress, anxiety and chronic pain. Her training includes over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and workshops. Renee also studied spiritual psychotherapy and natural health modalities for three years.
Renee has been practicing yoga for over a decade and her love and curiosity about the ancient practice really took root after an injury to her back in 2006. After maintaining a regular practice and feeling the benefits of it she chose to pursue a yoga teacher training to learn more and be able to share her knowledge and passion with others. Her initial 200-hour training led to many more hours of specialized trainings, workshops and symposiums and then to an additional 300-hour specialized yoga teacher training.
