Gabriela Soulsa, known to most as just Gabs, is a student of life. Through this lens, she has studied yoga, reiki, astrology, tarot, metaphysics, neuro biomechanics, anatomy, myofascial release techniques and thai inspired massage techniques. All of these studies have transpired over the course of the last decade.

At first, the approach to becoming "spiritual" was completely ego-based for Gabs. She believed more people would "love" or "respect" her, if she became a "yogi." This is a shadow aspect of Self that Gabs was gracefully being shown, and that aspect was begging for healing. She feels deep gratitude for the shadows, for they show us where we must shine our Light.

A couple of years down the line, and a whole lot of inner work later, Gabs has fully integrated that shadow side, and understands everything she was ever seeking, was always right inside of Her. 

She feels called to share her gifts with the world, through offerings of private and group yoga classes, reiki sessions, yoga and reiki sessions, and tarot readings.

The Bhagavad Gita holds the basis of all her spiritual belief's. We are all one being, and what we do to another, we actually do to ourselves. What we to do ourselves, we are doing to the whole world.
