Gracie’s consistent yoga practice has led her to feel grounded and create moments of peace. Her life changed as a result of yoga, therefore she makes an effort to pass that along to others. Her curiosity led her to study under guru Karen Cutrona, through the world renowned school, UbU Yoga & Fitness.
Gracie’s uplifting spirit encourages people to develop a regular practice that allows their body to fully express itself in order to receive the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of the practice. Being a student in Ashtanga and Power classes, she is inspired to incorporate these within her teaching style. Meshing pranayama, powerful physical movement, and ancient philosophies during creative sequences. Gracie’s intention is to push students through challenging asanas, and hold them through the uneasiness in order for them to experience the peace of mind and confidence that will follow. She strives to create a welcoming environment for everyone around her, on and off the mat!
